Terms and Conditions Please be aware that these terms and conditions only apply to clients joining after Nov 30th 2007, if you would like to use these terms and conditions instead of the old ones then please contact sales@toasthosts.com ASAP. 1)ToastHosts has the right to end any account for any reason at anytime without prior warning. 2)ToastHosts also has the right to modify files on any user's sites or view databases. 3)What a ToastHosts member of staff sais is final, if you do not agree with the judgment, then please just email Ben James (ben@toasthosts.com) do not argue else you may make the situation even worse. 4)Media streaming is permitted, however we will not tolerate illegal/Copyrighted files, we will suspend any clients violating this rule immediately. 5)Illegal sites, please be aware that any sites which are illegal in either the UK or USA are not permitted. 6)Sites using too much of the server resources, this includes CPU usage, RAM usage will be suspended, and we will recommend you upgrade to a better suited plan, possibly a VPS or Dedicated server. 7)You may host porn sites as long as all the models are over the age of 21 and you must inform the sales department while purchasing the account so we can make arrangements to be places on a specialized server. 8)If you own a Master Reseller account then please be aware that Media streaming is not permitted to your Resellers neither is the ability to Host pornographic/Over 18's only sites (or 21 in some countries) 9)We offer a 30 day refund to every client, but we cannot offer any refund to VPS and Dedicated servers due to the setup time required.
